About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Senior Specialist on a 6-month contract, with a primary focus on recruitment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires, while also supporting general HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruitment work and can adapt quickly to changing hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Primary Focus)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interviews.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Utilise multiple sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and reference verification.
  • Manage offer process and ensure smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

HR Operations (Secondary Scope)

  • Assist with onboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and orientation schedules.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment tracking reports.
  • Support HR projects such as employer branding initiatives or recruitment events.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
