JOB SUMMARY
This is a six-month maternity cover contract role. You will be supporting HR functions in the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for recruitment (from placement of career advertisements to conducting interviews, selections, inductions, orientations, training etc.)
- Partner with HRBP to support full spectrum of HR functions
- Coordinate Internship Programme
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes of full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes in supporting induction and orientation sessions.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits & leaves.
- Coordinate the end-to-end internship lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Any other work as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, a specialisation in Human Resources will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant corporate experience
- Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Singapore's Employment & Industrial Laws and best practices will be an added advantage
- Independent and self-driven with high level of initiative to deliver KPIs
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills, effectively bilingual with good proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information
