Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for an assigned business unit, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, advising line managers on workforce planning, retention strategies, and staff development.
- Support and coordinate HR operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits, rewards, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with organizational goals and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering is mandatory.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
