JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
. Responsible for monthly payroll processing.
. Responsible for monthly submission of tax and other statutory requirements
(Other government claims).
. Handles annual tax filing submission on IR21 and IR8A.
. Identifies and resolves discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.
. Liaise closely with managers to process overtime and allowance payments.
. Maintain proper payroll documentations
. Collaborate with Finance in any pay-related matters and projects.
Human Resource Responsibilities
. Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling
. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
. Handle work pass applications and renewals
. Prepare employment letters and contracts
. Track employee leave, attendance, and claims
. Perform general HR administrative duties
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
. At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll & benefits management
. Strong work ethics, good interpersonal & communication skills
. Work with minimal supervision, good time management and organisation skills
. Detail-oriented, and experienced in payroll processing
. Singaporean / PR preferred
