Key Responsibilities:
- Grow our B2B client base, including offices, schools, retail, and industrial spaces.
- Generate and expand sales leads through calls, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
- Meet with clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Prepare timely and tailored quotations, proposals, and contracts based on client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth and new opportunities.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth handover and excellent service delivery.
- Provide clear and consistent reporting on sales progress and pipeline.
- Nurture long-term client relationships for upselling and contract renewals.
- Keep a close eye on market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the game.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in cleaning, facilities, or service-related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
- Confident to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Google Suites
