HR Operations Manager

A leading European semiconductor company is seeking a suitable candidate to lead end-to-end HR operations at its growing Singapore office, overseeing HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance and the full employee lifecycle

HR Operations Manager (permanent part-time/50%)

Responsibilities

. Own and manage HRIS setup, data accuracy, workflows and reporting

. Run monthly payroll with vendors, administer benefits, leave and reimbursements

. Standardize onboarding/offboarding, employment documents, probation and performance management

. Maintain employee handbook and ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and PDPA

. Handle HR helpdesk requests, track SLAs/CSAT and maintain self-service guides

. Support employee engagement, training, career development and succession planning

. Lead small HR projects, system automations and reporting initiatives

Requirements

. Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

. 4-6 years in HR operations and payroll ideally in SMEs/startups.

. Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment law, PDPA and statutory requirements.

. Proficient in HRIS systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with audits and data analysis.

. A confident communicator, service-oriented and discreet with confidential data.

. Ability to work independently while balancing strategic and operational HR tasks.

. Willingness to travel to Europe once a year - first trip planned for a seminar in Paris towards 17 to 19 Sep 2025.

Offer Details

. 9am - 1pm or 2pm - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

. Salary S$3,500 to S$4,000/month

. Benefits: 10 days annual leaves, medical coverage, performance bonuses

. Location: Sin Ming Lane (wfh/hybrid)

. Commencement: immediate
