What you'll be doing
- Lead daily operations of service points, ensuring smooth front-line patient services and adherence to clinical workflows
- Collaborate closely with nurse managers, clinical leads, and department heads to resolve operational and process issues
- Ensure service points are patient-focused, safe, and compliant with hospital standards
- Implement initiatives to improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Oversee business performance including clinical volume, financial targets, and supporting new service initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and manage non-clinical staff, including recruitment, training, appraisals, and retention strategies
- Facilitate effective communication between staff and management, providing timely solutions to operational challenges
- Participate in hospital committees and cross-departmental projects to enhance overall healthcare service delivery
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Public Health/ Business Management or related studies
- Proven 3 - 5 years of working experience in healthcare operations, hospital service management, or patient-facing clinical support
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding non-clinical staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of hospital workflows, patient care processes, and clinical operations
- Ability to drive operational improvements while maintaining a high standard of patient service
