Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations at assigned service points, including front counter, administrative, and operational matters.
- Partner closely with Nurse Managers, Ops & Admin managers, and other stakeholders to improve workflows and solve system challenges.
- Ensure facilities remain safe, patient-friendly, and conducive to delivering quality care.
- Drive patient satisfaction by innovating and implementing service improvement initiatives.
- Support the achievement of volume, financial, and business targets, working alongside clinical chiefs on annual business plans and reviews.
- Lead and manage a team of non-nursing staff, including recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, and retention.
- Foster effective communication between staff and management, ensuring timely updates, escalation of issues, and practical solutions.
- Contribute to committees, cross-department projects, and other initiatives as assigned.
- Participate in job rotations to other operational areas after 3 years, broadening exposure and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing frontline staff.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
