About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will need to have hands-on experience in Human Resources support activities to ensure smooth HR service delivery and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
- Provide operational support for timesheet tracking, payroll inputs, leave administration, and HR reporting
- Manage work pass applications and renewals with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare, submit, and track necessary MOM-related documentation and follow through until approval of the workpasses.
- Handle job postings on MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A diploma or a bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferable).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, EP/S Pass filing procedures, and MyCareersFuture job posting process.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
