Job Scope
. Lead and manage a team of 8, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
. Co develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.
. Ensure operational excellence in all recruitment processes and procedures.
. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving our recruitment strategies.
. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
. Foster relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) including hiring managers, agencies, educational institutes, etc.
Requirements
. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
. Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
. Prior experience in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams and fulfilling high acquisition volume
. Prior experience in developing and implementing strategic hiring plans
. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
