Job Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the HR department.
Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and confirmation letters.
Support monthly payroll processing and manage leave and attendance records.
Address employee inquiries and ensure effective communication of HR policies.
Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
Strong knowledge on employment law and HR practices
Proficient in MS Office and In house Payroll Software
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of employees
Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
