- Oversee health and safety compliance (e.g., OSHA).
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
HR Information Systems (HRIS) & Records
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Administer payroll systems.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Organizational Development
- Build and strengthen company culture through engagement initiatives.
- Support change management and workforce restructuring.
- Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and oversee development programs.
Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal frameworks and KPI alignment.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
