Responsibilities:

HR Information Systems (HRIS) & Records

  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
  • Administer payroll systems.
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Organizational Development

  • Build and strengthen company culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Support change management and workforce restructuring.
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and oversee development programs.

Performance Management

  • Manage performance appraisal frameworks and KPI alignment.

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
