Job Description

1. Strategic HR & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Advise management on manpower planning, succession planning, and org design

  • Analyse workforce data (headcount, turnover, productivity)

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee end-to-end hiring (sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding)

  • Work with hiring managers on manpower needs and role design

  • Employer branding and recruitment process improvement

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

  • Drive engagement initiatives and employee communication

  • Support managers on people management and performance issues

4. Performance Management

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems

  • Support goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance improvement plans

  • Coach managers on feedback and performance conversations

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage salary structures, incentives, bonuses, and benefits policies

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis

  • Ensure fair and competitive remuneration practices

6. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and skills gaps

  • Plan leadership development, training programs, and career pathways

  • Support talent development and retention strategies

7. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbook

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and labour regulations

  • Handle audits, HR documentation, and statutory requirements

8. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll accuracy and timeliness (internal or outsourced)

  • Manage leave, attendance, HR systems, and employee records

  • Improve HR processes and operational efficiency

9. Culture & Organizational Development

  • Promote company values, culture, and ethical standards

  • Support change management and organisational transformation

  • Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment

10. HR Reporting & Management Support

  • Prepare HR reports for management (turnover, hiring, costs)

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

  • Support business decisions with people insights
