Job Description

An HR Manager oversees all HR functions, including recruitment & onboarding, performance management, acting as a strategic partner to align HR strategy with business goals, ensuring a positive, productive, and compliant workplace. They develop policies, manage talent, handle disputes, and drive engagement to support the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attracting talent, managing job descriptions, interviewing, hiring, and integrating new employees.
  • Acting as a liaison, resolving conflicts, promoting DEI, planning events, and fostering a positive environment.
  • Overseeing performance reviews, setting goals, providing feedback, and managing disciplinary actions.
  • Designing pay structures, managing benefits, overseeing payroll, and ensuring competitive packages.
  • Creating development programs, managing succession planning, and ensuring employee growth.
  • Developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and employment laws.
  • Aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, workforce planning, and analyzing HR metrics (KPIs)
