We are an established and growing F&B brand in Singapore, looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to support our people operations across outlets and HQ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both HR operations and employee engagement in a fast-paced retail/F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and contract administration
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and HR records
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Singapore employment laws
- Support monthly payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP) Liaise with relevant authorities and external vendors where required
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support outlet hiring needs for frontline roles in a timely manner
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in handling basic employee relations matters and disciplinary processes
- Assist in HR process improvements and ad-hoc HR projects
- Support audits, reporting, and management requests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or service-based industries
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM guidelines
- Experience in payroll processing and work pass administration
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
