Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing firm in the capital markets sector, is looking for an HR Operations professional to manage and support day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, work pass applications, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain Employee records, prepare HR-related reports and presentations, and address employee queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance and governance across HR systems and documentation.
  • Partner closely with Finance, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, audits, and budget support.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, quick learner, and process driven.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
