Role Overview
We are looking for an
HR Generalist (Engagement & Recruitment Focus) who is passionate about driving employee engagement and has strong endtoend recruitment experience. This role acts as an employee champion, building a positive workplace culture while ensuring hiring needs are met through effective sourcing, selection, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement
- Design, plan, and execute engagement programs to strengthen culture, belonging, and wellbeing.
- Drive initiatives such as onboarding experience, recognition programs, team-building events, and communication campaigns.
- Track engagement metrics and pulse feedback, propose action plans, and work with managers to improve team morale.
- Partner with employees to understand concerns and enhance overall employee experience.
- Support internal communication efforts (newsletters, updates, engagement messaging).
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage fullcycle recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Build talent pipelines through job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, and passive sourcing.
- Maintain a smooth, positive candidate experience and support hiring managers with interview guidance.
- Track hiring metrics such as timetofill, pipeline strength, and offer acceptance rates.
- Support employer branding efforts to attract quality talent.
- Employee Experience & Culture Building
- Champion a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
- Proactively identify engagement gaps and recommend solutions.
- Organize employee listening sessions and contribute to culturebuilding projects.
- Support diversity, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives.
- HR Support (Light Generalist Scope)
- Assist with onboarding documentation and HR administrative support.
- Ensure HR records are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
- Provide basic HR advisory to employees and escalate complex matters when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 25 years of HR experience, with proven strengths in employee engagement and recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident interacting with employees across levels.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design meaningful engagement programs.
- Organized, energetic, and proactive with a passion for improving employee experience.
