Job Description

The purpose of this position is to be ensure our open position are filled with the right people at the right time. You'll be the go-to person for all people-related matters across Australia and Singapore, ensuring that our culture continues to thrive while also driving operational excellence in HR.

This is a standalone role, with the full support of a HR community based in London

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from recruitment approvals, sourcing (passive and active candidates) advertising, screening, assessment management and interviewing
  • Manage on boarding of new starters including issuing employment terms, completing compliance checks, uploading HR system
  • Managing all transactional changes e.g. promotions and salary increases ensuing payroll are appropriately advised, letters issued and the HR system is updated
  • Manage off boarding of any employees, ensuring appropriate calculations of holiday are made, termination letters sent, HR system updated and exit interview completed
  • Manage benefit administration and renewals in region
  • Support management on Performance Improvement Process
  • Support and lead on salary benchmarking reviews
  • Be first line of contact for any people or performance concerns escalating to group HR as required
  • Being the point of contact for any welfare concerns
  • Keep abreast of local employment law changes
  • Manage application and renewal of work permits and visas as required
  • To be involved with ad hoc projects as and when required which could be specific to region or have a global impact
  • To be a key member of the HR community always looking for ways we can improve the value we provide to the business

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of managing end to end recruitment
  • Multi geography experience would be ideal
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent working experience
  • Experience of using HRIS
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven experience of keeping abreast of changing employment law and trends
  • Ability to travel as required
