HR Generalist

Responsibility:

• Full spectrum HR role, with a key focus on foreign worker management

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with PRC workers
• Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws
• Experience in construction sector preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (QuickHR, Info-Tech)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
