Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle employee recruitment, interviews, and onboarding arrangements
  • Manage Work Permit / S Pass applications and renewals for foreign workers
  • Process employment contracts, payroll, and attendance records
  • Arrange workers accommodation and daily administrative matters
  • Coordinate documentation with government authorities and clients
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in Singapore construction industry HR is preferred
  • Familiar with MOM Work Permit procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Responsible and able to work independently
