Job Scope:
- Assist with payroll processing, salary verification, and preparation of payroll-related documentation.
- Facilitate hiring activities such as advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing offers.
- Coordinate work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and submissions to MOM.
- Oversee employee attendance, maintain personnel records, and perform monthly HR reconciliations.
- Handle staff reimbursement claims including medical, dental, and insurance-related matters.
- Assist with purchasing office supplies and managing vendor communications.
- Provide support for employee engagement programs, HR projects, and corporate events.
Additional Information:
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
