Job Description:
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR policies and practices and excellent organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll processing, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations.
- Manage thefull recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding and exit interviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams, recruitment agencies, schools, and job portals for hiring needs.
- Maintain and update theHR database and employee records accurately.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures efficiently.
- Prepare, draft, and review HR documents such as job offer letters, confirmation letters, and increment letters.
- Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., MOM, CPF) for work pass applications, renewals, appeals, and cancellations.
- Assist in performance appraisal exercises and conduct market analysis for salary benchmarking.
- Generate HR-related reports and assist in insurance matters.
- Support the organisation of company events and staff welfare activities.
- Perform ad hoc duties or projects as required.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant HR experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and HR policies & regulations.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to maintain high professional integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
