What you will do:

1. Payroll Management (Core Function)

  • Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including overtime payments, claims, incentives, allowances, and other approved payments.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and ensure accurate generation and distribution of payslips.
  • Handle statutory submissions including CPF, IR21, and annual IR8A reporting.
  • Review employee status changes (e.g. new hires, resignations, salary adjustments) and ensure timely and accurate updates in the payroll system.
  • Administer government-paid leave schemes and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
  • Prepare employment-related letters such as confirmation, increment, and termination letters.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS systems accurately and consistently.

3. Client & Payroll Service Support

  • Support client onboarding for payroll services, including system setup and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in payroll implementation, data migration, and ongoing client support as required.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal payroll policies.
  • Assist in audit preparation and respond to payroll-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Singapore payroll processing and HR operations
  • Familiarity with CPF, IRAS filings, and employment legislation
  • Experience with HRMS/payroll systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
