Job Description

SCOPE OF POSITION

A HR Executive will supports day-to-day operations & ensuringemployees well-being. It plays a crucial role for all Organisation and employeebalance in work task.

HR Executive requires to make decision and uphold Company HR Policy. Ability to handle Staffdispute independently.


Roles & Responsibilities

. Responsible to run QUICK HR software system smoothly for the Organisation.

. Main Duties to run payroll in . QUICKHR Payroll System . orderly and properly to finance for upload to bank.

. Application of WP,SP,EP & all work pass (EPOL), maintenance of Company EPOL.

. Manage Company MOM Portal, MOM Survey and Submit Yearly OED timely.

. Preparation staff renewal, termination one month ahead expiry.

. Well manage of Staff WP,SP or EP dates of renewal or expiry.

. Submit IR21for resign or termination staff.

. Perform QUICK HR software Management maintenance -TMS, LEAVE, PAYROLL

. Upkeep and maintenance of Tenancy Agreements. (Factory & Dom)

. HR Memo and Notification to Staff's on New Policy Implementation or Changes.

. New Staff's consulting.

. Employee First Day Orientation Program.

. Issuing Of laptop to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.

. Employee Lifecycle & Promotion

. Employee Relations & Problem solving between employee conflict.

. Upkeep HR Policies

. To provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries (Malaysia) .

. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

. Training & Development Schedule for Operation Staff

. Ed-hoc duties related to HR Matters.

Requirements:

. Diploma in Human Resource Management or Equivalent Experience.

. MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF GOOD HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN QUICK HR SOFTWARE

. Know how to use AI for daily job process is a must.

. Previous experience in Manufacturing will be advantageous.

. Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

. Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices

. Experience in communicating with all levels of staff

. Proficient IT skills - MS Office, Excel & Power Point.

. Able to cohesively working in strong team player.
