• Oversee preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Manage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
• Optimize capital structure and funding strategies
• Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements

4. Cost Control & Profitability

• Monitor costs and improve operational efficiency
• Implement cost-saving initiatives
• Analyze margins and profitability by product/service

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements
• Manage tax planning and reporting
• Establish internal controls and risk management policies

6. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team
• Develop financial policies, systems, and procedures
• Support cross-department collaboration

7. Business Advisory Role

• Advise CEO and senior management on financial matters
• Support business expansion, investments, and mergers/acquisitions
• Evaluate new projects and ROI

8. Audit & Governance

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure proper corporate governance practices
• Oversee internal and external audits
