Job Description

  1. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes with department teams to ensure smooth hiring and joining of new employees.

  2. Manage employee lifecycle matters, including confirmation, contract renewals, transfers, and exit processes in accordance with company policies and regulations.

  3. Review payroll records and verify leave, claims, and allowances to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

  4. Handle regulatory submissions, oversee foreign staff matters, and ensure compliance with employment and work pass requirements.

  5. Maintain and update HR systems to ensure employee data accuracy, while supporting training coordination and compliance tracking.

  6. Respond to employee queries, assist with simple grievance cases, and support HR reporting, employee engagement activities, and vendor coordination.
