People & Culture Executive

The Role

As a People & Culture Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of our team. You'll support the People & Culture Manager in ensuring our employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and training, you'll help shape the Mama experience for our people - because happy teams make happy guests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members.
Issue employment contracts
Calculate freelancer fee
Handle day-to-day HR administration (contracts, payroll support, leave management).
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
Coordinate training and development programs to grow talent within the team.
Contribute to wellbeing and diversity initiatives that make Mama Shelter a great place to work.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

What Are We Looking For

• Previous experience in HR, People & Culture in hotels preferred
• Good with numbers, meticulous and good with handling digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you're approachable and empathetic.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with HR systems (esp. Quick HR) and processes is a plus.
• Able to handle multiple demands
