Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where you will play a crucial role in the entire recruitment process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance hiring strategies and contribute to creating a supportive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including manpower requisitions, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with fair employment practices and organizational guidelines. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as recruitment agencies and online job portals, to attract candidates. Facilitate interview sessions alongside hiring managers, assessing candidates for cultural and job fit, while guiding on fair employment practices. Maintain comprehensive talent acquisition records, trackers, and candidate databases. Conduct reference checks with designated employers after obtaining consent from new hires. Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Prepare and manage employment documentation, including offer letters and salary proposals. Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring that all required documents are collected and entered into HR systems. Conduct orientation sessions and office tours for new employees. Administer 30-day and 90-day new hire surveys and reviews, providing onboarding reports to hiring managers. Manage offboarding processes for resigning employees, including the preparation of necessary documentation and exit interviews. Assist in organizing staff events and carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding activities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records. Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively.
