Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle of the recruitmentprocess
  • Develop an effective candidate pipeline
  • Supports the manager in identifyingsourcing channels and implement recruitment strategies throughinternal/external job portals, staff referrals, social media, recruitmentvendors, etc
  • New staff on-boarding activities
  • Maintaining manpower/headcount datereport and performance for HR Manager
  • Participate in job fairs and careerevents
  • Review employment applications andbackground reference check report
  • Prepares and maintains jobclassifications and salary scales.
  • Other ad hoc recruitment Admin duties

Requirements

  • Preferably Candidate with Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experiencein the related field is required for this position.
  • Meticulous and able to work well as ateam
  • Preferably Candidate with Knowledge of labour legislation
  • Experiencewith full recruitment cycle
  • Familiaritywith social media and other professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
