As part of expansion plan, our client, a local A1 Main contractor is looking for a hands-on HR Executive to support Talent Acquisition and foreign worker administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational HR work and wants exposure to both recruitment and compliance.
Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end work pass applications (WP, SPass, EP where applicable)
. Submission, renewal, cancellation, appeals
. Liaising with MOM / relevant authorities
. Support recruitment for site-based roles (e.g. supervisors, engineers, coordinators,workers)
. Job postings, screening, interview coordination
. Work closely with hiring managers on manpower needs
. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
. Coordinate on boarding process for new hires (especially foreign workers)
. Support TA reporting and hiring pipeline tracking
. Assist with ad-hoc HR projects when required
Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field
. 3-5 years of relevant HR experience (construction industry is a plus)
. Hands-on experience in work pass applications preferred
. Familiar with MOM regulations
. Detail-oriented and able to handle high-volume operational work
. Good communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
