Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Foreign Worker Payroll:

  • Administer and process end-to-end monthly payroll for the entire group (1200 workers)
  • Verify timesheets, attendance records and OT payments
  • Ensure timely submission of SDL, FWL, IRAS
  • Prepare monthly intercompany billings and other payroll related reports
  • Prepare monthly budget variance analytics and reporting
  • Exit clearance and repatriation for resigned workers
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations on foreign worker salary and deductions

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings, including CPF, IR8A, and other government requirements.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.

Employee Support:

  • Administer foreign worker benefits (e.g. leave and claims)
  • Address benefits and payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in the resolution of payroll discrepancies and issues.

System Maintenance:

  • Maintain and update HRIS with payroll-related data.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes by implementing best practices and system enhancements.

Ad-Hoc HR Support:

  • Assist in various HR tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the team's success.

Who We're Looking For:

Payroll Expertise: Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM, IRAS, and statutory requirements.

Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and completeness in all payroll processes.

Communication Pro: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with colleagues and external partners.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HRIS, time attendance, and payroll systems, with strong Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new tools.

Collaborator: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing to the collective success of the HR team.

Proactive: Anticipates needs and takes initiative, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
