Job Descriptions:
. Responsible for all HR functions including HR policies, recruitment, and orientation, performance
management, compensation and benefits, employee benefit programs, relations, and engagement
activities
. Creating HR policies, procedures, and systems that are aligned with the business goals of the company
. Ensure compliance with both HR regulations and employment laws
. Work closely with the Operations team and Marketing team
. Provide advice on HR-related matters to management
. Ensure that HR and payroll administration is accurate and reliable and that employee files are well
organized
. Responsible for the complete payroll process, accurate and timely payroll disbursements, as well as
government and tax submissions
. Administration MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation, tax clearance & other related matters
. Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
. Handle all other HR matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
1. Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Possessed at least Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Management/Administration
