- Manage recruitment processes and handle onboarding, including employment contracts.
- Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
- Handle foreign worker matters, including work pass and accommodation.
- Coordinate staff training schedules and liaise with trainers.
- Communicate with departments to identify and fulfill training needs.
- Submit government training grants and process staff absentee payroll claims.
- Organize staff welfare activities and support HR initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
