We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Personnel to support the Lead, HR Shared Services in delivering efficient HR operations across the organization. The successful candidate will manage HR administration and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and 6-monthly medical examinations to ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare and administer employment contracts, manage contract renewals, and oversee the staff confirmation process.
- Oversee staff benefits, insurance, and claims administration.
- Participate in onboarding for new hires, including issuing access cards, name cards, name tags, name stamps, and uniforms.
- Organize employee welfare initiatives and provide general HR administrative support.
- Raise purchase requisitions in the CRM system to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and recommend improvements for greater efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support HR operations and other HR functions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR operations or shared services experience.
- Willingness to manage high-volume HR transactional work.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
