Job Description

  • Payroll Administration
  • Process monthly payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify timesheets, overtime claims, and leave records
  • Prepare and submit CPF contributions and other statutory payments
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
  • Generate payslips and respond to payroll-related employee queries
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Support leave administrations and attendance monitoring
  • Assist with employee benefits and administration
  • Work Pass Administration
  • Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of employee work passes through the MOM
  • Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and external agencies regarding work pass matters
  • Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower
  • Maintain accurate records of employees work pass status
  • Recruitment Support
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings and interview scheduling
  • Assist hiring managers in the recruitment process
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and payroll summaries
  • Support HR Audits and documentation when required
  • General HR Support
  • Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and projects
  • Handle employee enquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment coordination when required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably with payroll processing
  • Familiarity with Singapore Payroll, CPF Submissions, and labor regulations
  • Experience handling work pass matters will be an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words is required
