Job Description

  • Manage Work Pass application, appeal, renewal and cancellation
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory related submissions (e.g. CPF, Income Tax)
  • Administer Work Injury Compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc
  • Handle staff onboarding/offboarding & staff orientation
  • Submit Government Paid Leave Claim
  • Leave Management
  • Organise employee communication platforms and activities
  • Identify training and development needs of employees, coordinate for training arrangement and training grant submission
  • Ensure timely update of employees database, proper filing system and smooth office administration
  • Monitor staff confirmation and medical insurance member insertion/deletion
  • Manage Staff Personal File (p-file/electronic p-file)
  • Manage staff recruitment and job posting
  • Assist in Foreign Worker Levy matters
  • Assist in Productivity Solutions Grant submission
  • Involve in ISO Audit preparation, license renewal process
  • Act as a checker on work done by HR & Admin Team
  • Administer new project preparation
  • Prepare relevant reports for Management review

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Management is preferred
  • Preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration role
  • Well versed with Singapore Employment Act and labour legislation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees
  • Payroll processing background will be an added advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and meet datelines
  • Hands-on individual with strong IT and coordination skills
  • Positive and Can do working attitude
