Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
Conduct interviews and assist hiring managers in the selection process.
Support payroll calculations and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
Maintain accurate payroll records and manage employee personal files
Assist with the application process for work passes and coordinate training enrollments.
Provide assistance in Compensation & Benefits, including staff leave management and processing medical claims.
Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting orientation sessions.
Collaborate closely with site Managers, Supervisors, and the management team to implement HR initiatives and provide operational support.
Contribute to HR priority projects by handling administrative tasks, including updating relevant reports and tracking project deadlines.
Perform additional duties as assigned in line with HR functions and organizational needs.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent and above with 2-3 years relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Excel & Word
Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
Has initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
