HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection activities Administer onboarding activities.
• Manage training and development activities.
• Process payroll and overtime payment.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and welfare programs.
• Administer discipline and compliance policy.
• Maintain personnel records and HR information systems.
• Assist in performance evaluation exercise, HR planning and budget exercise.
• Participate in safety and recreation committee.
• Assist in collective agreement negotiation with Union.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports.
• Manage HR services for foreign workers from China and Malaysia.

Requirements:

• Degree in human resource management
• Hands-on HR generalist experience
• At least 5 years of working experience in a hi-tech manufacturing environment
• Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working experience with human resource information systems such as TimesPay
