Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
. Job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
. Coordinate with management on manpower needs.
. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
. Conduct employee orientation and ensure proper induction procedures.
Employee Records and HR Administration
. Maintain and update employee records in Ms word, Ms excel and physical file Company organization chart.
. Prepare HR forms such as job application form, leave form and hr related forms required.
. Add, delete member from insurance policy, renewal of yearly insurance such as company property insurances, outpatient medical and work injury compensation.
. Monitor employee daily attendance.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
. Handle monthly payroll processing and distribute monthly payslips.
. Manage employee leave records such as off in lieu, annual leave, medical leave, no pay leave etc.
Others
. Arrange frontline monthly roster and check their monthly timesheets.
. Distribute to employees building access card.
. Arrange and monitor part-time office cleaner job duties.
. Stationery requisition.
