We are a well-established medical group with 10 clinics mainly in a corporate environment expanding fast looking for an HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Executive, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Human Resource Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth HR processes in alignment with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Handle staff confirmation, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
- Administer work passes, renewals, and related MOM submissions (if applicable).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, claims, and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, SDL, etc.).
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries and grievances.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through communication and engagement initiatives.
- Support disciplinary actions and counselling processes in accordance with company policies.
4. Performance Management & Training
- Coordinate annual appraisal exercises and performance review processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Maintain training records and support continuous learning initiatives.
5. HR Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support audits and management reporting on HR metrics.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience covering the full HR spectrum.
- Need to have strong payroll knowledge and hands on experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Independent, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
