Set up as a company doing conservation and building maintenance in 2002, Aegis Building & Engineering Pte Ltd has expanded our services to conservation, preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and supply of quality and skilled tradesmen for clients comprising hotels, commercial and industrial buildings. Aegis is always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow our business.

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated HR Executive to manage HR functions efficiently and take full ownership of the role.

Jod Description

  • Oversee the HR adminstration of both our local and foreign employees.
  • Responsible for full HR administration of foreign workers, including work passes, accomodation, onboarding, training, repatriation, insurance and other related tasks.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage the submission of statutory returns and claims, such as NS make-up claim, worker levy waiver, paid childcare and etc.
  • Manage the HR process for interns ans part-time staff.
  • Coordinate with government or external agencies on HR related matters.
  • Participate in Ministry of Manpower (MOM) surveys.
  • Address employee queries, grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Manage business related licences and insurance.
  • Maintain records of company inventory and vehicle, including printer and etc.
  • Prepare HR reports to management review.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Management to support the business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource & Administration or equivalent.
  • Prior HR experience and experience in management of foreign workers is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of of Employment Act, Work Pass regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
