The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and core Administrative/Operational functions. This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of Singapore's employment laws and a passion for building a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management (Full Spectrum)
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles (creative, sales, operations), including job postings, screening, interviews, and conducting a seamless onboarding process for new hires
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B) / Payroll: Process and manage monthly payroll, CPF contributions, annual IR8A submission, leave, and claims management in compliance with Singapore law
- Work Pass Administration: Handle all matters related to local and foreign staff, including preparing documentation for new Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with the Employment Act and other statutory requirements
- Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries, welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary issues, fostering a positive work environment
- Performance Management: Assist in coordinating annual performance appraisal and goal-setting cycles
2. Administrative & Operational Support
- Office Administration: Manage general office administration, including procurement of supplies, vendor management, and ensuring the smooth running of the workspace
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records, HR databases, and filing systems
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with the Management Team to provide advice and reports on manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational structure
Who We Are Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role in Singapore, preferably within a fast-paced SME environment
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and Work Pass application processes (S Pass, EP) is mandatory
- Proficiency in an HR Management System (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
