Job Description

Descriptions

  • Managing all HR administrative duties including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, offboarding.
  • Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing
  • Managing training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
  • Payroll processing
  • Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity.
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
  • Preferable at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferable 2-3 years of Construction industry background preferred.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and some problem solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and take the pressure
