We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations, with a strong focus on HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and serving as the first point of contact for employee relations.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a solid understanding of Singapore's employment regulations, and a passion for supporting employee growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
. Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and offboarding.
. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
. Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
. Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances professionally.
. Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and foster a positive workplace culture.
. Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
. Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
. Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent.
. 3-5 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions.
. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
. Prior experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.
