As an HR Executive, you are passionate about people and willing to support them in any HR related matters. You possess the motivation to improve employee experience and HR processes through our dedicated resources. You will help to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Dept and at the same time support a wide range of activities.
Key Responsibilities
Create and post effective recruitment adverts internally and externally.
Assist in recruitment drive/career fair.
Support recruitment process.
Handle on-boarding procedures and administration including pre-employment checks, preparing employment offer, compiling required documentations to Payroll, work pass applications.
Tabulate and summarise the payroll hours of our hourly-rated staff and submit to vendor for monthly payout.
In charge of the staff card administration
Administers and maintains relevant HR systems throughout the process.
Assist to propose and develop employee relations activities for the COMO Group to improve employee engagement and retention.
Any other HR matters/projects as and when assigned by the company.
Manage engagment activity.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge of BIPO will be an advantage
Good understanding of local employment and legislation
