Role Overview:An HR Executive supports the Human Resources department by handling various administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Support payroll processing, track employee benefits, and ensure timely benefit administration.
