Job Description

Role Overview:

An HR Executive supports the Human Resources department by handling various administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. They ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Support payroll processing, track employee benefits, and ensure timely benefit administration.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a positive company culture.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Training & Development Support:
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee development programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and maintaining HR documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
