Job Description

My client is a contractor firm located at the North Singapore (near Kranji).

Working hour : 8.30am to 5.30pm (5.5 days per week)

Job Description

  • Support the preparation of employment contracts, certification letters, and other HR-related correspondence.

  • Manage the monthly payroll processing cycle, including preparation and submission of payroll reports.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll contributions and statutory filings, including CPF, SDF, and income tax forms (IR8A, IR21).

  • Utilize Info-Tech Payroll Software to compute overtime, salary deductions for lateness, and update leave and off-in-lieu records at month-end.

  • Prepare and submit statutory documents and employer claims, including NS make-up pay, maternity/paternity benefits, and childcare leave claims.

  • Administer employee medical insurance and benefits.

  • Maintain accurate employee leave records within the HR system and proper documentation filing.

  • Coordinate and complete the MOM quarterly survey.

  • Oversee insurance-related matters, including vehicle insurance, WICI, and FWMI.

  • Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of Work Passes.

  • Liaise with government authorities such as MOM, BCA, and CPF Board on regulatory and compliance matters.

  • Handle vehicle-related administrative matters.
