Senior HR Executive

Position: Senior HR Executive
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

The Senior HR Executive manages the full spectrum of HR functions independently. This role requires strong knowledge of employment legislation, payroll ownership, and hands-on experience in compliance and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Spectrum HR Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process independently

  • Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning

  • Oversee onboarding and probation management

Payroll & Compensation

  • Own monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions

  • Administer compensation & benefits programs

  • Manage employee insurance and claims

Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, review and implement HR policies and SOPs

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act

  • Maintain ISO and BizSafe documentation

  • Standardize HR forms and internal procedures

Training & Performance

  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs

  • Support performance appraisal process

  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related field

  • 5-7 years of relevant HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation

  • Experience managing full-cycle payroll independently

  • Experience in ISO/BizSafe compliance preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
