Position: Senior HR Executive
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Senior HR Executive manages the full spectrum of HR functions independently. This role requires strong knowledge of employment legislation, payroll ownership, and hands-on experience in compliance and policy implementation.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process independently
Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning
Oversee onboarding and probation management
Own monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions
Administer compensation & benefits programs
Manage employee insurance and claims
Develop, review and implement HR policies and SOPs
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act
Maintain ISO and BizSafe documentation
Standardize HR forms and internal procedures
Identify training needs and coordinate programs
Support performance appraisal process
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives
Degree in HR or related field
5-7 years of relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
Experience managing full-cycle payroll independently
Experience in ISO/BizSafe compliance preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills
