Job Title : HR Executive Salary : $3,300 - $4,200
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES . Oversee full cycle of recruitment process . Handle onboarding and offboarding activities . Processing of monthly payroll and overtime payments . Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants) . Annual filing of income tax . File exit clearance (IR21) . Weekly manpower update . Maintain HRIS and proper P-files . Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL) . Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments . Liaise with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements. . Co-ordinate training programs and absentee payroll claims. . Validate, record and process claims like dental, hospitalization, medical, workmen compensation, etc. . Process full cycle of payroll processing including CPF, IRAS submission and supporting on statutory audit . Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms . Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior & management
Job Requirements: . Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent . Candidates with more than 2 years of operational experience in the F&B or retail industry are preferred. . Infotech & StaffAny knowledge are essential . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. . Good communications and interpersonal skills . Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint . Able to commence immediately
