Job Summary
We seek a qualified Project Manager with experience in interior design, construction, or MEP to lead multiple commercial fit-out projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery through effective stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team members and partners to prepare design briefs, appoint consultants, develop master programs, and manage financial budgets
- Lead multiple project developments by monitoring progress, controlling quality, and managing costs to meet project goals
- Collaborate with internal team and external stakeholders (clients, main contractors) to fulfill functional, operational, and quality requirements
- Monitor construction progress and execution to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth handovers
- Manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders to deliver high-quality finishes on time and within budget
- Direct various contractors by providing clear instructions and maintaining performance under pressure
- Work on-site as required to oversee project activities and resolve issues promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or equivalent fields
- 3+ years managing projects in Design & Build or similar environments
- Solid experience with large commercial or corporate office fit-out projects, including new builds and renovations
- Knowledge of MEP systems and their integration in projects
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
